About Sanaah Kewal
Every transformation begins long before the first brush touches the skin.
My journey started with a love for beauty and evolved into a career dedicated to storytelling through makeup, hair, and prosthetic design. Since 2012, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate on feature films, OTT productions, editorial campaigns, celebrity styling, and luxury bridal experiences.
For me, makeup isn’t about changing who someone is—it’s about revealing confidence, creating believable characters, and bringing creative visions to life.
Every project, whether simple or complex, is approached with care, research, and attention to detail. I believe that every face and character has a story to tell, and my role is to bring that story to life through thoughtful, authentic, and creative work.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse people and creative teams, each experience adding something new to my craft. I continue to explore, learn, and push creative boundaries while staying true to the individuality of every person I work with.

Professional training across *London, Paris, South Africa, and New York, along with creative exposure at **Milan Fashion Week 2017*, has helped shape my approach to beauty, fashion, and cinematic makeup.

Journey Timeline
Started her professional career in the beauty and makeup industry, building a strong foundation in hair, makeup, styling, and creative artistry.
Expanded into editorial and advertising work, creating looks for fashion and commercial projects, along with creative exposure at Milan Fashion Week.
Led hair and makeup departments across films, OTT productions, commercials, and luxury campaigns, expanding her work across the entertainment and fashion industries.
Travelled to Sydney for advanced prosthetic training and worked on the film No Man’s Land, gaining valuable international experience in cinematic makeup and prosthetics.
Continued creating looks for upcoming projects during lockdown while educating beginners and aspiring artists through online makeup classes.
Worked on a film that received major international recognition, with the movie and its lead actor winning Best Movie and Best Actor honours in New York.
Became a certified prosthetic artist and began taking on specialised prosthetic projects, creating and transforming characters for films and entertainment productions.
Worked with GQ and contributed to high-profile projects, including the Ambani wedding for cricketers. Also worked across several shows and films.
Built and led a team of 10–15 professionals specialising in hair, makeup, and prosthetics, expanding her creative work into a larger professional operation.
Honoured with the Glitz & Glamour Iconic Award in Mumbai, celebrating her journey and contribution to the beauty, makeup, hair, and prosthetics industry. Exciting upcoming projects are on the way.
